  • I initially wasn’t going to leave a review, but after unpacking, I feel others should be aware of my experience. I initally booked 2 movers for 3 hours to load and unload my truck; however, 3 movers arrived which I was ok with as long as my bigger items were loaded. At the 3 hour mark, they stated they were tired and suggested returning the next day to unload which I felt obligated to do because I needed the truck unloaded. My truck was due back at 12 PM the following day and they scheduled a 10 AM arrival but didn’t show until 10 mins after 11AM, with only 2 movers. This forced me to extend my rental. Unloading, plus a second trip for a small amount of remaining items, took 4.5 hours, costing an additional $337. The work was disorganized, and one mover left my bathroom in unsanitary conditions (feces in the toilet rim). Four days later, I am still sorting through the mess attempting to find items that should have initially been unloaded into my home.
