  • I scheduled them for 9AM, but a little after 7 they told me the ETA is 930-10. Then when 10AM came, only one person showed up. I had to scramble and hire two more guys at a higher rate just to get the job done. He refunded me 50 bucks, but I still ended up going over budget overall. The one guy who did show up was pretty nice, but that's about it.

  • After a long drive and a short time period to move we decided to call UHaul move assistance - Were we ever glad we did! On short notice (same day), two extremely pleasant gentlemen showed up and facilitated the unpacking and moving of boxes and furniture into the new apartment up a flight of stairs. Outstanding service and care of all of the possessions and done in record time (45 minutes rather than 2 hours). Thank you !!
