Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Communication was fantastic. They were proactive but if I ever called with a question, they either answered or got back to me within a few minutes. Gramz was flexible and allowed us to extend our time with the movers. The movers took excellent care of our belongings and were fast. Great price as well. We will use them again.
At one point I did need to contact them prior to the move. The phone number that they had contacted me a couple days before to conform the move did not have the mailbox set up, therefore I could not leave a message. I called U-Haul and got three different numbers for them, one of them did work and I was called back promptly after I left a message. They were very polite and got the job done!
