  • The movers had limited communication skills. One mover spoke limited English and could not understand clear instructions, while the older mover did not understand English at all. This created constant confusion throughout the move. Despite my having extensive moving experience and giving specific directions on how fragile and valuable items should be handled, they ignored those instructions. The older mover dropped and destroyed the plastic storage container holding my $1,200 Robot Coupe food processor. They also wanted to remove my mattress and foam topper from the protective bag after I had already spent considerable time securing it properly, which would have defeated the purpose of protecting it during transport. I repeatedly had to correct improper loading practices to prevent damage. At one point, the younger mover became visibly irritated when I tried to explain how certain items needed to be packed, insisting they knew what they were doing. Can't recommend. I still tipped cash
