Diligent movers broke my tv stand after i explicitly told them to be careful with it, they ignored these instructions pilled heavy items on top of it causing one side to totally collapse. Prior to loading i told them to please be careful with this piece of furniture and not to put anything heavy on it. They acknowledged they understand and would do their best. Today while unloading i discovered MULTIPLE heavy items pilled on top of it and also discovered that one side had totally collapsed.

They were there for us last minute- due to a ‘task rabbit’ hire canceling us last minute! They were efficient with time management and so friendly. We will hire them again!!
