  • Moving helper canceled on us due to an issue with their bank

  • I am VERY disappointed. They did not show up for the original date (April 23) - and I had to find someone else to do the planned work because I was on a deadline. The dispatcher was very apologetic and so I decided to reschedule for another day - to do other moving tasks. That rescheduled day was supposed to be yesterday. AGAIN - they did not show up. They said they would come later - but it was already 330 and they did not know when they would arrive. I had other people helping me - and I needed the movers when they were scheduled for at 2 pm. Very very disappointed. Will not try them again.

  • MH was able to contact and schedule for moving date, but MH did not update on their location status day of move. I called 6 times prior to schedule and went straight to voicemail with their mailbox full.
