Moving the stuff to the truck was OK, but loading the stuff on the truck was done very poorly. Items were not stacked and loaded carefully such that some furniture was broken and others were badly scratched. The movers didn't use any of the 24 packing blankets I had in the truck until I specifically asked them to do it. And then they only did it when I specifically asked them, which was only a couple times during the packing job. Additionally, boxes were haphazardly loaded and many were turned on their sides causing breakage and spillage. None of the rope and straps I provided were used to keep items from shifting during the trip and some boxes did fall down from the Momma's attic onto the items below.
