• We booked them for loading help, and then they offered to also do the unloading if we paid them directly. They said they would charge me for two hours, but after they finished they wanted more. They said they would start the clock when the crew started unloading and instead wanted to charge me for travel time. I should've kept the separate unload booking that I had originally instead of letting them convince me to cancel and have them do it.

• We booked 2 people for 2 hours to move our heavy furniture and boxes into our 3rd floor walk-up apartment. They were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly productive and professional, and I was surprised at how much they got done in the time frame. It was a super hot day as well, and they worked hard for the entire time. Would absolutely recommend!
