Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
We confirmed 2 times during the week of our move; 11am-1pm. We received a call late morning (little before 11am) that they would be a little late (an hour or so). THE MOVERS WERE ALMOST 4 HOURS LATE. They explained that the issue was with the U-Haul app system and they allowed other mover to add time. We were packed and ready to go and had a 5 hour drive after the move. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! We tipped the actual workers as the mixup was not their fault.
Excellent. Great communication before and during move with both the owner Jose, and lead mover, Cris. Cris & Edwin did an amazing job making the stress of moving less stressful. Very professional. Would hire this company again. Highly recommend!
