They were ok while you watching them, but completely unreliable when left alone. Destroyed multiple peaces of furniture while loading empty container where it was completely unnecessary and 100 percent avoidable. I've heard furniture falling multiple times when they left alone inside the house. They've ignored suggestion to load lengthy expensive umbrella first claiming they still can do it later, which never happened and because it didn't fit as a result, we had to chose between reloading the whole container ourself when they left or through it away.
