  • Regarding the communication, they only communicated via text. Clearly they stay good and busy. But they were responsive to my texts all the same. The workers, Myles and Jyquan were respectful, professional and thorough. My cousin (mid-60s) worked mostly with them and he commented on how he could see 'that they were raised right'. I had to laugh at the generational difference, or what is noticed when there are generational differences. All in all, we really were blessed by these young gents. They moved quickly, asked clarifying questions, and kept asking me to walkthrough to make sure I didn't need anything else done. Truly an awesome Team. (I don't know if I am to put this here, but below this section is a tip request. I am not adding a tip on this request because I tipped them in person. I thought that was appropriate and didn't realize this survey would ask for it. Please don't rate them poorly because there is no tip response in your survey app. Thanks!!)
