  I had a great experience with this moving help service. They were efficient and friendly the whole time. I asked them to shift things around on the truck so everything would fit better, and they just got to work no complaints, no attitude, just solid, efficient help. The only small concern I had was with the scheduling. Id originally reserved the service for the morning, but the day before, I got a call giving me just two options 7.00 or 8.00 am. Luckily, I’d already booked my pickup truck for 7.30 am, so it worked out. But I kept wondering, what would’ve happened if my truck reservation had been for 8.00? Would the timing have clashed? Overall, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a hand with moving. Just make sure your other reservations line up with their available time slots, and you’ll be all set!   I had just driven a large moving truck across the state and was physically and mentally exhausted when I arrived in Dallas. Mark’s Prime Moving was scheduled to unload everything into my storage unit the following morning, and honestly, this was the part of the move I was most anxious about. I just needed it to go smoothly. Don and his team not only showed up but exceeded every expectation. They were professional, kind, and moved with both speed and care. Even though I had packed well, I was blown away that they had everything unloaded in under an hour, thoughtfully and efficiently. I felt completely at ease the whole time, and they even helped me reload a few items I later took for donation. I would book them again in a heartbeat. Five stars without hesitation.
