Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Overall the movers were good. They were nice and got the job done. Communication could have been better, they showed up with one less guy than ordered but made up for it on the next move by bringing an extra guy. My biggest issue was that they damaged a small area of wall in the new place. I noticed after the movers had left and notified the movers but did not receive a response.
The guys did a great job loading our things. They were great at getting it all in.
EXCELLENT!!! Good customer service skills, very helpful & kind!!! Hard workers! They deserve a raise! Very professional! Definitely will be using them again!!
