  • One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Originally supposed to show up between 10 to 12 with my two uboxes. Didnt show up so I called. Was told it would now be 1 ish. Didn't show up until 6 30 at night and with only one box. Wife and I had to help unload so they could get back in time for other box. Didn't finish until 8 30 pm (super nice and hard working guys). Then they called and said they needed a payment code. I had no idea what they were talking about. He actually sends his employee back to my house at 9 30pm to get the code. Logged into my uhaul account and my wife and I scoured the screens, we could not find any code. The next day I get a text from Solomon who says he understands that we are unhappy but if he doesn't get the payment code he's taking me to Small Claims court! He then has the uhaul system send me an email with the code in it, which I provide to him. I have dealt with thousands of companies over my life. This was one of the worst.

    Were so sorry you had a bad experience with us! We have to pull the boxes one at a time, as instructed by ubox policy. The payment code is how payment is received on our end. I understand you were upset, but you denied our efforts to reach out for payment code in both call and text. This is why we had to send the crew back to try and retrieve it. You gave a false code and proceeded to again deny all contact. We apologize again for the bad experience and hope to one day make it up to you.
