Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Movers worked extremely hard so 5 stars for them. The issue was no one spoke English so had no way to communicate during the process which was very frustrating. I wish the owner had relayed this so we could have had a plan in advance. They were also over an hour late and couldn’t contact the owner. Since workers were really great and offered a great price, I would still use them again.
IF you are looking for a lazy mover who will complain about how heavy your furniture is, then you found your guy. If I could give 0 stars I would. They came reeking of weed (literally the room smelled like weed when he left the room), and the one who claimed he was the owner of the business had attitude from the second he entered the house. He was rude, arrogant, and very confrontational. Constantly complaining that he had to work. I'm sorry but thats why we hired you. The second gentleman was a pleasure to work with. he was the one doing most of the heavy lifting anyway. They scuffed up my walls, and stained my carpet where professional cleaners were unable to remove the stain. He left half my furniture upside down. Would avoid doing business with him at all costs. He should really learn to interact with customers in a professional manner and not show up high to unpack a truck.
