Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Team arrived timely and had good communication leading up to move. They were efficient and packed the truck well. With that said, it seemed like they were really rushing and in going fast were not as careful as I would have wanted moving items out of the house, especially larger furniture items. A few scratches and scuffs on things noticed when unloading. Additionally one of the workers smelled like he had just smoked marijuana which I did not like.
Wish i could get a refund on the extra 2 hours i paid. The two workers did excellent great communication and understanding thanks guys!
They were very nice, very careful, and very quick. I would hire them again.
