From the moment I booked, Kai texted me to confirm everything that I needed and verified that he would have two movers arrive at my selected time. The communication with Kai was excellent and the entire process with this company was top notch. The guys showed up a bit early and even called me as soon as they arrived. They were both polite and listened to instructions very well. They were helpful and capable and put in the exact amount of urgency without rushing. Roy and Trevor made effort to care for our things and even made the trip up the road to our house and storage unit to unload for both spots. Everything about this experience was top notch. I highly recommend this company.
