Our team makes your move easier by handling the heavy lifting with care, efficiency, and friendly service so your U-Box experience is smooth from delivery to cleanup.

We are here when you need someone to pickup or drop off your U-Box for you at the U-Haul Service Center. We also offer services to load the U-box or unload U-box with your packed items for you.

  • Daniel and Kadie were outstanding. Daniel stayed in constant communication from the day I booked and was very accommodating when I needed to change dates. On delivery day, he arrived at U-Haul immediately, but the staff told him there was a $24.18 hold on my account. He explained everything clearly while I tried to resolve it. The first agent insisted I hadn’t paid until I pushed her to check my file. A supervisor confirmed my balance was clear but said only the Promissory Department could release the hold. After long hold times and a dropped call, a rep named Vernita finally released it. Meanwhile, my drivers waited nearly two hours for what should’ve been a 15-minute pickup. Through all the delays caused by U-Haul, Daniel and Kadie stayed patient, professional, and kind. I highly recommend this moving company for their exceptional services.
