  • Texas Tuff Movers definitely did their best to accommodate for me, and spoke to me professionally over the phone and through text. However, they outsourced a team to help with my move and 1 person of the 2 was new or not experienced. He dropped a few items, and I tried to tell him I preferred him to go slower and do everything correctly instead of otherwise. It led me to be a bit on edge, and I felt like I should help and monitor what was going on. Later without my knowing, a person directly from the company of Texas Tuff Movers arrived - who was polite and moved slower and more carefully - even though I didn't pay for a 3rd person, and the job was done quickly. I paid for 2 hours of service for 2 people and it took aprox. 45 minutes for less than a 5 x 10 ft UBox amount of items with a surprise 3rd person's help. I would use them again if they did not bring outsourced help. Thank you again!
