• They did end up damaging a few items and broke a piece of my desk. They were friendly, but I felt like if I wasn't there, they may end up breaking more items. I tipped them a fair amount in person because I didn't think they broke it when they smacked it, but I found the broken piece thrown to the side in the room, so I would have appreciated them telling me at least.

• Wonderful service! Communicative beforehand and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were extremely friendly and took great care to pack everything well. Made sure to check in with us throughout the process and ensure everything was right. Made the move incredibly easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
