  Joshua and DJ were absolutely amazing. I asked for 3 movers but only 2 showed up, but they way they worked I didn't need 3. I was going to leave a tip but it was going to charge me for 3 movers but only Joshua and DJ were here so if there is anything you can do or send back to me so I can give them a tip I would really appreciate that. If I ever need help moving again I would ask for these 2 gentlemen men or would use the same company as these 2 are the only onesni would want. Thanks for sending such amazing help.

  They did not contact me to set a time so I called them the day before. I told them we were picking up the truck at 830 and would be ready to load at 900. He said he had something he needed to do and would arrive about 930 to 945. They did not arrive until 1130. We waited out in the hot sun at the storage building we were moving out of. If he could not arrive on time, he should not have taken the job and we could have got someone else. I guess he thought his time was more valuable than ours. When they arrived it took 30 minutes to load the truck. I paid for 3 hours and they just shoved it in the truck haphazardly. I had some broken furniture when we unloaded. They should have taken more time to load it correctly. I feel like I have been cheated out of a lot of money. If they have any integrity they would refund the money for the time not used, but I know that won't happen. I partly blame UHaul because they have these men on their website as a choice. Not happy. Would not recommend.
