    The guys were not able to unload the ubox because I couldn’t find the key to my lock. We talked to Uhaul and got the change in plans taken care of and they are still getting paid. Carlton was great. He was patient and accommodating while I was internally falling apart trying to figure out where I put the key. I’m so thankful that he was willing to work with me while we made sure he wasn’t penalized for not returning the ubox today. They were great about everything. I will be hiring them again.
