    All around moving

    There was a communication problem for this move. I have used the Uhaul mover services a total of 6 times. Every time I would schedule the 2 hours and if it took longer than 2 hours I would pay the movers the extra amount to cover their time. This time I was told I only scheduled two hours and they don’t normally work on Sundays. The two person team was going to leave the job with approx 30-40 percent of the move remaining. They did try and contact other people to come and replace them to no avail. I did also desperately reach out to another company to drop everything and help finish this move. At the end of it All Around Moving did stay for another hour to finish the job and yes I paid them an extra $250 which is more than their hourly rate. Yes it worked out but lesson almost learned the hard way, with this company you better schedule the total hours or they might walk on you
