  • Booked 4 hours for 2 ubox unload as overkill. 30 min into set up time no call and no show. Contacted Kai who had reached out quickly after booking. Said he would have the team lead contact me. This is a broker who hires IC to do the jobs. Help showed up 2 hours late. They were super professional and it's a shame the extra money from my overkill booking doesn't go to them but actually to the broker.

  • The movers were very polite and professional. They handled our furniture, which was quite heavy, very carefully. I would hire them again.
