  • Friendly and hard working and great communication. Main issue was that they showed up slightly late causing the move to start 15-20 mins late + also slightly late to the new place for unloading because they got lost, adding another 15-20 mins to the move. The unloading took longer than expected (guess due to it being on the 3rd floor) and became evident they would not be able finish in the 2hr timeframe that was paid even though I was helping to unload. So they said they could do only 2hr additional paid time (not just 1) which was fine by me but then were done with about 30 mins to spare. I feel like I paid for an extra 1+ hr of empty paid time due to the delays.
