• Service was a bit slow even with an elevator available for loading the truck. Scheduled for 9am and they did not get here until 9 45. I moved these same items last year in less than 5 hours with different movers yet they took the entire 8 hours and did not fit all of my items on the truck. Not to mention they left my remaining boxes at the bottom of the stairs right at their 8 hour mark demanding the payment code. If you have a small job then book them but be prepared for one of the guys to complain constantly. The other guy was nice and helpful.

  First, you're ungrateful. Second, you probably had less stuff last year. Third, you moved from a fourth-floor apartment to a third-floor apartment with stairs. We're not robots; we're human, and we do what we can. You had too much stuff, and yet you didn't appreciate our efforts. We worked eight hours straight, and you didn't offer us water or anything to eat. You're ungrateful

• The guys did a great job. They were a couple hours later than we originally agreed upon but they let me know early in the day that would be the case, so no big deal. They were very quick and efficient with moving everything, and handled all of my things carefully. Really great value moving help.
