While the movers from Swift Services were very nice and friendly when they arrived, communicating with them ahead of time to plan our load-only services was quite difficult. I had to leave multiple messages and wasn’t able to speak to anyone to confirm the time we’d need them on the morning of July 18 until late in the evening of July 17. When they arrived, they weren’t very efficient and only packed about half our items in the 2 hours we had them booked. The movers who helped us unload the following day (from a different company) barely needed an hour to get everything moved into our new home. Swift Services was careful with our belongings, and they made sure to pack things carefully in our truck, but they were lacking in communication and efficiency.
