    Journey Ahead Moving

    The actual moving part of the service was perfectly fine. The movers were polite and put a decent level of carefulness when handling the furniture. The main issue was with scheduling. Some of it may be miscommunication on UHaul's end; the FAQ says that the movers should reach out by phone to schedule the service, but the confirmation email says that the customer should call first. I was not reached out to by phone, but I also did not get the confirmation email for some reason. Contacting Journey Ahead was kind of difficult because I did not know what hours they were accepting calls at, and the number listed in the email isn't always ready to accept calls. They've done UBox services before, but they may be new at it, since we scheduled a pick up of my UBox at a time when the storage facility was closed.
