    Rapid Relo

    My experience with Rapid Relo was extremely disappointing. I booked a U-Haul truck in April along with two movers through the U-Haul website. On moving day, the truck was not available at the scheduled time, causing a major delay. I called Rapid Relo, and they asked me to cancel the original movers, promising they would send two movers once the truck was ready. After waiting for hours and making several phone calls, they sent only one mover instead of the two I had paid for. I had the truck for only six hours, so the delay caused a lot of stress and made the move much harder. They also refused to provide a refund for the missing second mover. I only gave the payment code so the one mover who actually showed up could be paid. Overall, the service was unreliable, the communication was poor, and I would not recommend this company
