  • Would not recommend. The movers did the absolute bare minimum required and needed constant management, redirection, and oversight the entire time. They moved extremely slowly, lacked urgency, and seemed more interested in dragging the job out than working efficiently. We expected experienced professionals who could take initiative, but instead we felt like I had to supervise every step of the process, constantly direct and redirect. Overall, a frustrating and exhausting experience for what should have been a straightforward move.

    Thank you for submitting a review. Some people are just impossible to please. It takes time from 1 house through the garage, down the driveway, accross the road, up the driveway, through that garage, into the house with tricky steps to the basement. Only time stopped was to take a drink to stay hydrated. Also keeping in mind the leather couch and chair had to go around the 2nd house as we could not get them through garage door into the kitchen over the island loaded full of stuff. Also keeping in mind electronic box springs and king size mattress are pretty heavy We went over 28 min over and didn't charge

  • One of two providers available for a tight moving window. Still showed once it was safe to do so with a recent storm that came through. So far, only one piece of furniture damaged. Overall good experience.

    We are confused because we had 3 providers to load uboxes. We think it was the unloading side that only had 1 provider. Chris Jamie and Adrien loaded uboxes from 2nd floor apt building. we used steps and elevator. We also rented and arrived in a U-Haul truck for running the double UBOX.
