• Excellent and prompt Communication. Chris and his team was extremely professional, humble and also accommodated my late arrival at the unloading location. Both were extremely efficient and helpful with moving furniture from a fully loaded 15ft uhal . I would recommend them to anyone not only based on their pricing but also their professionalism. 10 star service!

• First let me applaud this company for providing opportunities for the hearing and verbally impaired. These gentleman and the dispatcher were all highly professionaland I appreciatedthe advance notice if the challenges si tgere woul be no misunderstanding on arrival. That said, my job was simple and shirt duration, about an hour and few items. I think some type of transcribing device would have been helpful as I spent some time communicating last minute needs. Perhaps that is my limitation, so I only offer as constructive feedback. Had my job been more complex, I feel the communicative limitations would have lengthened my job. I hope this is useful information.

• Communication was great to organize details in advance. Two helpers were dedicated. No communication issues. Unfortunately, one person arrived an hour late. But Vlad worked for two people so we got things done on time for our truck leaving.
