    I had booked enough time to make sure we didn't run out of time. The crew arrived 15 minutes early (well appreciated) and communicated beforehand to make sure we weren't surprised by their arrival. They helped with a few related tasks. They were finished an hour early; unfortunately that hour wasn't refundable. This is understandable, because they couldn't book for someone else during that time. However, it would have been helpful to know what else they may have been open to doing before they left.
