• Horrible experience. After the truck was packed Dylan, the guy Colby the boss assigned to drive the truck to Florida, called me to say he needed $1700 paid to him or he wouldn't pick up the truck. I asked him to have Colby call me. Dylan is calling and texting me constantly while I'm driving the truck. I don't talk on the phone or text while driving. When I stopped, I called Colby who said it was all a misunderstanding, not blackmail. I asked him what happens if Dylan is driving the truck and the next day he wants $1700 more dollars or he just leaves the truck somewhere? Colby agreed to refund the money. He said it would be 4-5 days to get the refund, today is the fifth day and I don't have a refund. I tipped team Montie, the guy's packing the truck, very well they always do a good job. Colby, the manager, and Dylan clearly aren't trustworthy.

• I was very impressed with the moving support provided. Despite having completed a demanding six-hour workday and driving over an hour to reach my location, he arrived in the evening with a professional and focused demeanor. He efficiently handled the transport of a queen-size bed, bed box, a heavy table, and a large tabletop from the truck to a third-floor apartment. The entire task was completed within 20 to 30 minutes, demonstrating not only physical strength but also exceptional efficiency and care. His dedication, reliability, and work ethic were truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of professional and dependable moving assistance.
