• Movers kept delaying scheduled moving time; originally agreed to arrive at 10 am but delayed to 2 pm. When movers showed up they were physically unprepared for the move and complained about stairs and weight of items, even though I am a single person living alone. Took frequent smoking breaks and rest breaks, complaining about everything under the sun. What should have been a 2 hour move took 5 hours due to their incompetency. They eventually had to call in someone else to finish the move due to their inability to do their job. While loading truck, they dropped my dressers on the stairs resulting in deep gouges in the wood. My wooden desk also has deep scratches. My bar cart is smashed in half but they refuse to make it right as there is 'no proof that it wasn't in that condition when they loaded it' (even though they saw it was in one piece when they loaded it). Complete scammers, do not hire them if you care about your possessions or a job well done.

• Mike and Jerry are great movers. They work well together and can Tetris a moving truck incredibly. I appreciate their hard work. Would definitely recommend them.
