Alex arrived right on schedule to scope out the move and immediately gave us confidence that everything would be handled professionally. On moving day, Alex and his four-man crew were absolutely exceptional. They loaded our entire five-bedroom townhouse into two PODS containers in less than four hours, which was incredibly impressive given the size and complexity of the move. The crew expertly navigated three flights of stairs while carefully moving our belongings and strategically packing the PODS to maximize space and protect everything inside. They handled several extremely large and heavy items, including a 300-pound solid wood dining table that had to be wrapped, protected, and maneuvered down two flights of stairs. They made what seemed impossible look routine.
