  • They were great! Friendly and communicative throughout the process. Able to pack the UHaul according to my requests of things that I needed to be close to the back. Would highly recommend unless you're on a tight schedule- they were 1 hour and 15 minutes late and they didn't tell me that until I called them asking where they were.
