• This was a terrible moving experience with this company. I booked for three hours of loading and unloading and did not receive help unloading. I was left at my destination with no help that I already paid for. They only loaded for one hour. I was promised a refund and never received one. After reaching out to them multiple times I was ghosted by the company and never paid back for the job that was not complete. I do not recommend working with this company at all.

• The movers were scheduled to arrive between 1030-1130 am. I called the company shortly after 1130 and got a call back about 10 minutes later and was told that the movers would get in contact with me. They did about half hour later, told me they would arrive by 1, and arrived shortly before 130 (2 hours late). I paid for 6 hours work and got 2 hours worth of work. Luckily, I had two family members with me who loaded most of the heavy furniture, otherwise I would have had a panic attack. I also only ordered 3 movers, which cost $570, but my card was charged over $900, which I had to dispute. That part is on Moving Help more so than the movers, which I am still waiting to be resolved.

  Mam this is not true. We did arrive late but and with additional man to help speed up the process for the delayed start. Also the prices are stated on our site which differs depending on crew size and hours. We do not control any charging of cards we see only supplied the code that is given once service is completed. I was present on move day and your family members only moved approximately 2 pieces of furniture one being yes a heavy armoire and 6 boxes. Myself and the crew filled the remainder of your 15ft truck. That type of job would have never taken one of our crews 6 hours to complete. Unfortunately the hours you book are non-refundable even if we go under the time, that is not our policy that is the sites policy. We extended our services to help assist with any other needs you may have had such as assembly of the bed returning to get the miscellaneous items, but you refused. You also advised that you were satisfied and tipped each one of us 50. We do appreciate your service.

  Thompson Relocations

• I booked two movers from Thompson Relocations through the U Haul Moving Help app for Friday between 130 and 2 PM, paying for two hours of service. My building’s elevator was reserved from 1 and 5PM. At 2PM the dispatcher told me the movers were running late but could not provide an updated ETA. I received no update until 420 PM, when I was told they were on the way. The next message came at 6 PM from the driver saying he was 10 minutes away. The movers did not arrive until 640 PM, nearly five hours late. Because of this, I had already moved most of my belongings myself and the movers only handled a few items, finishing in about 30 minutes despite my paying for two hours. This experience was very frustrating and not what I expected from a service booked through U Haul Moving Help.
