• Because of time, I didn’t have them to unload. I was not pleased with how my items were loaded. These guys had no skills in basic loading. I had glass items and fragile items underneath desks. I had two u shaped desks that were put in untangled with boxes and totes on top making it impossible to remove without damage.. I had boxes and totes put in sideways so my items fell out everywhere. The don’t understand to use the height of space as well as the length. In other words they have no clue on how to stack items safely. I have glass items broken and my business posters were folded and placed in between totes and under boxes. I made sure I took plenty of photos of this mess. I’m are 75 percent of my stuff is damaged..

• These two men were extremely beneficial. They followed the instructions given with no kick back and stayed until the job was done. Very satisfied!!

• The moving help showed on time, all the items that were boxed up were packed really well in the truck, the problem was the loose items were not properly packed and suffered damage. The company re-imbursed some of the cost but damage was far more than what was accepted. I suggest getting the insurance and you should be ok using their service.
