  • We hired them for labor only, not to pack. They were in such a hurry to load that they helped even though I asked them not to help. They put mismatched items from the kitchen and a bathroom, didn't label the boxes, broke down a bed frame then told me they don't reassemble. Some of my stuff was stolen, lost or broken including a piano and free standing jewelry box and no one said anything about it, I had to come across it. Hertz said the stuff that was stolen or missing is a police report and not their problem nor was it covered by the insurance. They denied causing the damage and went as far as to tell me I didn't inform them of the piano and charged 250 extra for that alone then broke it when I know for a fact I told them about it. They were pleasant at first but as the job progressed things went from worse to awful. I'm still missing stuff and I've had to replace things because they boxed it up and I couldn't find it. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had.

At Done SoWell, we prioritize treating every customers belongings with the utmost care and respect. We never stolen from a customer or been accused of stealing, especially some toilet paper. The misplaced boxes we offered to return to help locate which you declined. As for your piano, I am truly surprised to hear it was damaged, as it was offloaded in working condition at your home. Additionally, I believe there was no mention of a piano in our previous conversations prior to or after booking. Please rest assured that, had it been mentioned, I would have informed you of the special handling fees and directed you to UHaul for appropriate moving arrangements. As a UHaul labor only service provider, our role was limited to labor assistance. Our team does not initiate packing without the customers request as well as this service is an addl fee.

  • Next time be professional and courteous if one of your employees is not able to show up so I can find a substitution of movers in a timely manner. I hired 4 movers, and only 2 showed up on time. Will never use this service again.
