Cristian and Oscar were great! They arrived on time and had their own dolly and plastic wrap to protect at our furniture. They helped disassemble and re-assemble some large items. We were moving from a 3 bd to a 4 bd home. Loading took 4 hrs and unloading took 3 hrs, and it was mostly large furniture. Thankfully it didn't take more than 1 trip. They worked hard and had to carry many heavy items upstairs. Not regarding our movers, but the company's initial communication could have been more clear. I received a text asking about basic details (like address, what time, what size truck, etc.) right after I booked - probably an auto-text. I didn't receive a reply back. I ended up calling them the day before to confirm. It seemed like they had some of the information on file but not everything I mentioned. Not a big deal, and maybe a fluke, but would call to confirm everything!
