  I booked movers for a 12 p m appointment On the day of the move I was told they could not arrive until 4 p m Due to my work schedule this created a major inconvenience but I agreed Around 4 30 p m I received another call advising they would be even later The movers did not arrive until approximately 6 30 pm Although I paid for two movers only one arrived that evening He worked efficiently and helped stage items outside The company returned the next day at 11 a m with a second mover who arrived late worked very slowly took breaks and repeatedly asked where items belonged despite being told multiple times During the move the second mover damaged my entertainment center valued at approximately $1,800 The legs broke off and the top separated He also fell while carrying my Technics 1200 turntables One tonearm was broken and another turntable now has power issues The move took several extra hours because of delays and poor performance The company then attempted to charge additional hours

  This moving company was incredible and I would highly recommend them! We had to make two trips and they were nothing short of amazing, and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger but to open the door. It would definitely use this company again in the future.
