Great service, arrived quickly, worked hard and took great care of my belongings.

Once they arrived, the work got done in the time we paid for. Communication prior could have been better. I was originally told noon, but then that became between 2-3 and they didn't get here till almost 4pm. That was a bummer, but I'm thankful the work got done, even though it was later than we had hoped.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your feedback. From the start, I explained that we are based in Tucson and would not leave until about 12 to 2 PM, plus a two hour drive to Sierra Vista. You booked last minute, and we appreciated your flexibility at the time so we could still fit you in that day. Moving is stressful, and we understand more than anyone, BUT WHEN FLEXIBILITY IS AGREED UPON, PATIENCE HELPS EVERYONE. We are always grateful for the opportunity to be of service.
