Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Initial communication with the company was lacking. I had to call several times before reaching someone to schedule a time for the loading of my u-boxes. My mover, Charles was great at communicating with me on his arrival time. Unfortunately, he showed up alone (second mover called in). Charles got it done but it would have been quicker and faster had there been 2 people. I appreciate Charles' professionalism and care with loading the u-boxes.
The moving company contacted me two hours prior to our scheduled time to tell me they were still at another job and would be arriving 2-3 hours past our scheduled time. I was lied to about the town which they were coming from which certainly made a difference in the ETA. 3 movers showed up which was one more than expected, however one guy did stay on his phone for most of the time. I don't think I'll be going with this company again.
