There is no reason why he should have taken 5 hours to move furniture only from an Apartment to a storage unit 2 blocks away.

Several factors impacted the timing including the truck being too small for a single trip long walks to and from the elevator at both your apartment and storage unit and the limited size of the storage unit which required extra organizing. Additionally you finalizing the purchase of an extra storage unit near the end of the job caused further delays. We strive to make every move efficient and regret the challenges caused frustration. In the future we recommend ensuring adequate truck and storage space to help streamline the process.
