  • We arranged for this company to unload and help unpack and assemble furniture for a one bedroom apartment move. They showed up 3 hours late and only did the unload, no assistance with the other services we had booked. The company owner was so unpleasant to my wife on the phone she blocked his number. They did do the unload correctly, but very late and we didn't get the other service we needed. I would not hire these people again and I regret hiring them the first time

    I want to sincerely apologize for our team arriving so late. Unfortunately, I was unwell that day with significant body aches, which led to a change in our crew assignment. The team that was able to cover for me was delayed by prior commitments and then further held up by traffic. While this doesn't excuse our tardiness, I take full responsibility for the inconvenience. The customer had scheduled us to arrive by 4pm, and I understand how frustrating it must have been when we did not meet that expectation. I reached out to his wife to offer to return the next day to complete the job, but unfortunately, she was not available. I also extended my apologies and offered to come back at their convenience, but my messages went unanswered. Even after receiving their review, I tried contacting them ag my sincere regret and offering to help assemble all their furniture at no additional cost. Sadly, I did not receive any response. Once again, I apologize for not completing the task.
