We move everything
I spoke to the mover in advance of my move and relayed all of the details about my move. He relayed he was going to personally show up and would bring necessary tools and shrink wrap, blankets, etc. There was no communication whatsoever on moving day even though I attempted to reach them multiple times. The 3 guys who showed up had no tools and had no idea what they were supposed to do, they relayed they were told they'd be moving stuff around inside the house. Even though I provided both written and clear verbal communication with the person who organized the move and did not show. And while the guys who showed up had great attitudes, were professional, and meant well every step of the way, these guys were not professional movers. In my prior move, I used another company and they did my entire move, with MANY more items I recently got rid of prior to this latest move, and they did it in 4 hours with 3 guys. This crew went well beyond 4 hours and damaged a very expensive fridge.
