• It took me 4 separate attempts at communicating with this team between 3 phone numbers and 3 days to get in touch with them to confirm service. It was then the afternoon before our scheduled service that they informed me that they could not accommodate my original service time. They also claim that I didn’t book the correct service therefore would only move items into the garage and not into our moving containers. Being that it was the afternoon before we needed the service, I was not given ample opportunity or time to cancel this team and try to find replacement team. Thus, we had to do extra work ourselves in loading the moving containers with all of our items which in turn delayed our move by 24 hours.

  We respectfully disagree with this review because it leaves out important details documented in our communication. The customer booked Standard Loading and Unloading but later confirmed that the requested service involved loading furniture into 4 U-Boxes, which is a separate service with a different rate. After the difference was explained, the customer chose not to proceed with the U-Box service and agreed that our movers would bring the furniture to the ground level or garage so the customer could load the U-Boxes. We also offered a 12 PM arrival time before the service date, and the customer confirmed that the time worked.. We take customer service seriously and believe reviews should accurately reflect the service booked and the arrangements agreed to in writing.
