  • Showed up an hour and a half after the agreed upon time with no equipment and not properly dressed to move. I completed the move myself and they took a total of 3 boxes to the car. I cannot believe I paid so much money for this unprofessionalism and for me to do the entire move myself.

  • Matthew. Mercedes, and Paul were fantastic in our move in Boston. They arrived a bit late from a previous job but communicated with me the whole time on their timing. And still finished the move in 1.5 hours instead of the scheduled 2. They were kind, efficient, and extremely good sports carrying things up several flights of stairs in Beacon Hill too. Would recommend them to anybody needing help in the area. One of the best experiences I’ve had with movers (and I used to work as one so I’ve seen my share!)
