  • I chose to pay more for this provider on Moving Help for hopes of a good experience. Didn’t work out that way at all. The first communication I received after booking was prompt but immediately set the stage for what felt like a shakedown. Was told what I requested via Moving Help was a different cost so I could just pay them directly for any additional charges. Loaded fast but I shudder to think what my U Boxes and their contents will look like when we unload. Requested 2 packers for 3 hours and 4 loaders for 2 hours. That’s 14 labor hours. Arrived with 4 people and were done in 3.25 hours including breaks - 13 labor hours. Said they were on overtime and should pay them for the overage until I pushed back with math. Awful experience.

  • When the professionals you hire to pack show up and literally don’t know how to build a box or apply packing tape, you know it’s going to be a problem.
