• While communication over the phone and in general were decent, communicating and resolving damages weren't so good. There's things I would've done differently as a furniture mover like take off legs of couches before going downstairs. Since the legs stayed on, they broke a bolt securing one clean in two and gouged my wall the whole way down the staircase. They cracked a vent cover in my kitchen. Hit an entry way light while carrying a freezer knocking it loose. We hired movers so we could have it done professionally with this kind of stuff minimized. But with the damage that was done, I would've been better off inviting a buddy over for beer and pizza.

  Items were to be disassembled before we arrived as we spoke on the phone. Communication was was not very well Brandon. Although you was nearly an hour late we made due to get everything taken care of that you needed us for. No items were broken. we are sorry for whatever problems you had went through before our schedule, but that gives no rights to lash out on us. We wish you well.
